These laws are passed and enforced by your home state and may change from time to time. Spin, Inc. will not ship any gaming machines or gaming machine parts to a home user unless all machines are legal in their home state.

Some states allow gaming machines for private ownership if they were manufactured before a specified date. These are classified as antique machines and have been allowed by state legislature. However, Spin Inc. does not deal in older machines that fall within this category.

Legal operators and casinos, and those possessing a letter from the Department of Justice are not bound by these restrictions and are free to purchase gaming machines and gaming machine parts freely.
